Ken Cochrane has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having worked at Westpac as a Senior Manager in Residential Banking for over 12 years.
Helping his clients realise their dreams of home ownership, particularly when they feel it’s impossible, is the most fulfilling part of Ken’s role as mortgage adviser.
By taking the time to understand his clients’ goals, Ken is able to help them plan how to get there, working to provide solutions to meet their aspirations.

Ken understands it can be difficult ticking all of the boxes when it comes to lending requirements. He works hard to help remove the stress many borrowers face when dealing with a lender, with a tailored financial solution to fit their lifestyle and circumstances.

Based in Dunedin and servicing all of Otago, Ken provides advice around home lending, and restructuring or topping up existing lending.
When he’s not making his clients’ dreams come true, Ken enjoys walking around Dunedin’s hills, a bit of home reno, and time spent socialising with family and friends.
